The Ochsenwirt is under the direction of the Knöckl family and was built in 1421 and has been family-owned ever since. The Gasthof is located in a very quiet, but central location of Oberaudof. The building is a typical Bavarian country house with well-kept and spacious rooms furnished in an attractive rustic style, but still offer all modern amenities. Bavarian delicacies and "Brotzeiten" are served in the cosy farmhouse parlours. Great importance is given to the quality of their used products and the friendly service. The nearby ski areas of Sudelfeld (16km) and Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol (32km) offer beginners and experienced winter sport fans the ideal setting.
